Terms of Service.

1. What Poly Portfolio is — and isn't

Poly Portfolio is a software tool that lets you discover curated portfolios of event contracts and execute basket purchases through your own Polymarket account via an API connection you authorize.

We never hold your funds, we never take ownership of your positions, and nothing on the service — portfolio compositions, risk labels, performance figures, or written content — is investment advice or a recommendation. Portfolios are presented for your independent evaluation; the decision to buy, hold, or sell is yours alone.

2. Eligibility

To use Poly Portfolio you must: be at least 18 years old; have the legal capacity to enter these Terms; maintain a Polymarket account in good standing under Polymarket's own terms; and not be located in a jurisdiction where use of Polymarket or Poly Portfolio is prohibited. You are responsible for determining that your use of the service is lawful where you live.

3. Your Polymarket account and API connection

Your relationship with Polymarket is governed entirely by Polymarket's terms, fees, and rules, which you are responsible for reviewing and following. Polymarket alone controls market availability, resolution criteria, settlement, payouts, and account standing. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, any action Polymarket takes, including suspending markets, amending resolutions, or restricting your account.

By connecting your API credentials, you authorize Poly Portfolio to place orders through your Polymarket account when you initiate a purchase or sale, and to sync your balance and positions for display. You represent that the connected account is yours. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity conducted through them; if you believe your credentials are compromised, revoke them on Polymarket immediately. You may disconnect at any time as described in the Help Center.

4. Trading acknowledgments

By using the service, you acknowledge that: event contracts are high-risk and you may lose 100% of any amount you commit; displayed prices, probabilities, and portfolio statistics are snapshots that may be delayed or inaccurate, and execution prices may differ from displayed prices (slippage); basket purchases consist of multiple separate orders, and individual legs may fail to fill or fill partially; past performance of any portfolio is not indicative of future results; and you have read the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Fees

Poly Portfolio does not charge any fees.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, wash trading, or trading on material non-public information; circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions, including through VPNs or misrepresenting your location; connect an account that isn't yours, or operate accounts on behalf of others; scrape, copy, or redistribute portfolio compositions or site data at scale, or use automated systems to access the service except through interfaces we provide; probe, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the service; or reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it regardless of these Terms.

Prohibited trading conduct is detailed in our Trading Prohibition Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Portfolio content and intellectual property

The service — including portfolio designs, compositions, names, risk methodology, text, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. Portfolio compositions are published for your evaluation as a user; they may not be repackaged, resold, or used to operate a competing service. Polymarket's marks belong to Polymarket; their appearance on the service does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Service availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including adding, changing, or retiring portfolios. Retiring a portfolio from the catalog does not affect positions you already hold — those remain in your Polymarket account. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that orders will be placed or filled, or that data shown will be accurate or current.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty about the performance of any portfolio, the accuracy of any data, or the availability of the service or of Polymarket.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poly Portfolio and its team are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms or of Polymarket's terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal or regulatory reasons, or risk to the service or other users — with notice where practicable. Termination of your Poly Portfolio account does not affect your Polymarket account or any positions you hold there; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 9–11, and 13) survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-product notice before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
